Objective: To explore the clinical treatment and nursing countermeasures of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with TDP lamp irradiation in the treatment of tendon sheath cyst. Methods: to analyze the clinical data of a patient with tendon sheath cyst in our department recently, study the treatment and nursing intervention in different periods, improve the effect of patients" symptoms, and summarize the nursing experience. Results: the patient recovered after one course of nursing intervention. Conclusion: acupuncture combined with TDP lamp irradiation is effective in the treatment of tendon sheath cyst, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
